Hi, My name is Harish Arora. I brought a lenovo ideapad 210T on 6th of december and it got crashed on 12th of december. I called lenovo care centre on 14th of decemeber and they asked me to bring my laptop at there place. After 4 days i got to know that mother board of my latop has been crashed and they will replace it with a new one. I asked them to replace my laptop instead of replacing motherboard. But they refused to do so and asked me to wait for 4-5 days. But they returned my laptop after 4 weeks as they had ordered wrong motherboard from banglore for the three times. Story doesn’t end here. After harasment of 1 month now again 20 days ago my laptop crashed and now again i got to know that its mother board has crashed. I again asked them to replace it with a new laptop but they again refused. Now again i has been suffering from this rack-up laptop for the last 20 days. So i request you to please either make my laptop replaced or get my money refunded. I would be really very thankful to you for this and will really appreciate it. Best Regards, Harish Arora
