I bought a Smartphone Model – A600e Reliance CDMA+GSM handset from Reliance Outlet in Nov.2013. After using it for less than 6 – 8 months the battery problem occurred. The problem was once the battery got completely drained out, the phone didn’t start even after connecting to the charger. I visited authorized service center where they removed the battery and put on charging externally. The battery got charged and the phone started working. Again after 4 – 5 months the phone battery drained completely and then it didn’t start, even after charging externally. By that time the warrantee / guarantee got expired. When I visited same service center again they said it is out of warrantee and cost of motherboard intimated to me was Rs.8,500/- around. This cost is almost equal to new handset hence I discontinued using this Lenovo handset. Even Lenovo customer care raised their hands saying that this out of guarantee case. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF LENOVO AND HENCEFORTH I WILL NOT USE ANY LENOVO PRODUCTS. The cost of phone i.e. INR 10,500/- was a complete waste for me. I have scraped this unit and bought other smart phone – off-coarse of brand other than Lenovo.
