Sir, I am Kamlesh Mali using Lenovo s660 Smart Phone. I Purchased this Phone from Sargam Mobile Center, Anand (Guj.) on Dated- 09 – 04 – 2014. But Suddenly my phone is shut down after that it has not start then I went to Lenovo Service Center Anand and I given Phone to them and they given me receipt and its complain no is SRIN981411060010 on dated 06-11-2014. Today i call them but they reply me as your phone will be come with in 15 days. Sir, right now i have no another phone and 15 days it’s very long time i can’t do anything without my phone so please repaired or replaced my phone so that i do my work smoothly. Thanking you. I have used lenovo k900 and i’m truly disappointed with this phone. Within the warranty period i have to go to service centre in every second month. Moreover i have replaced new mother board still after the replacement in just 4 months my display and mother board have stopped working. When i went to service centre to know the estimate cost for replacement for these two parts you will shock to hear that they told me that it will cost around Rs29000 and Rs18000 for mother board and 11000 for display. I told him that the market price for this phone is just 18000 nd u are telling me 29000 rs. are you made or what? now i can garranty tell all the readers to not to buy any lenovo product if you donnt want to cry in future.
