Hello My number 9769577xxx, lenovo536, i have given my phone for insurance on Oct 4 2014, the phone has been approved for replacement in november 1st week, but i am yet to receive the replacement, the service is unacceptable. its been 2 months with out a phone, and last commitment made by pick me was for 27th November ’14, however then also they say 1 more week. Please provide the phone ASAP, taking 2 months for the phone to be replaced shows the inefficiency of your company. i am marking this mail to complain readdress and ministry, i need the replacement phone to be given in 2 days.

i want phone ASAP in 2days.
