I myself sharath and I purchased lenevo K5 note just 15 days back. I got some software issue with the phone. I called up and enquired about lenevo customer care they suggested me to flash the phone. I went to service center which is at rajajinagar. I got my phone for flash on 02/01/2017 at 10:40 AM. They told me to come at 01:00 PM. And I went at 01 PM. They told me to come tomorrow. And I just went today. They are telling me to come tomorrow. The reason they are giving me is there is some server issue, so we aren’t able to update OS to your phone. I told them to cancel my job sheet and took back my phone. But the thing is the phone wasn’t switching on at all. I just want to know what is going.
