Hi sir, I bought Lenovo x240 thinkpad few months ago from amazon. for this thinkpad- one internal battery and one external battery should be there-, but I found that battery 1 is not present in this. I have sent many mails to Lenovo related mails but no reply, please respond to this message and do the needful. thanking you in advance.
