I had bought Lenovo product on 31/01/2013 s/ no QB0592170 under 3 years warranty from ECS Biztech Pvt ltd. After that, in July 2103, the laptops hinges were not working properly, then I showed to ECS. They said the product is defective and needs to be replaced. After rigorous follow up with them, they gave me address of True Vision who are authorized service center of the co. Now they say your product is not covered under warranty. However same is under warranty for 3 years. The laptop is defective and they are not accepting their mistake but not replying properly. The laptop is lying with service center

I want refund of my money plus interest of Rs.8000 and damage of Rs. 5000/- That comes to Rs. 50000
