I purchased a Lenovo Tab A 2107 and in thirteen months the piece became non functional. The Tab was switched off on a day and put for charging. the next day Tab couldn’t be switched on. I took it to the authorized service center and those guys told me that the board needs to be replaced and it would cost over Rs 7000/- while I can get a new one for almost the same cost. I complained it to the company and escalated it to the service head. Those guys gave me cool, one liners that it would cost that much. The want us to follow repair by replacement as is the case in countries like Japan etc. I met three customers in the service center with the same complaint. The guys at service center just don’t like to proceed further.
I am not able to carry out my online transactions since this is the only means while I am on the move. For the delay the company needs to compensate
