Sir i am rakesh tiwary from jamshedpur. i have given my mobile to authorised lenovo service center. the address of service center iam mentioning it please go through it IT SERVICES, SAHARA BUILDING, SAKCHI, JAMSHEDPUR phone number 06576543104, 09204857780 email id servjsr@gmail.com my job number is 19214 in the name of rakesh tiwary. the worst thing about service center they dont have any technical knowledge and the they take a lot of time i have given my mobile for update but after update in device information of mobile it is showing 1 gb and 16gb rom for this they have taken four days and now that is today thyey told me that they have to replace mother board for this they will take 25 days because pcb is unavailable to them, i want to say is it good for ur brand status if i am facing problem for a month for small issue because i dont have any mobile with me now . the phone number provided by service center is always unavailable or switched off. i already complained about this issue to the service provider but they are not accepting it.
