Laptop Model :G505s SERIAL NUMBER : CB24931833 Complaint Number : 7006044708 I purchased my laptop on 29th of March from Unique Infoways,Nehru Place,New Delhi. I registered my complaint regarding my hard disk on 24-apr-2014 to lenovo service center on 1800-3000-5366, on 29-apr-2014 i received a call from en lenovo engineer (NEERAJ – 9818813676),He told me that he received new hard disk and he will be coming to replace my laptop on 1st of MAY due to unavailability of Recovery DVD of my laptop.He didn’t came for next 7 Days, After when he came he replaced my hard disk but he was unable to recover my laptop,He came again on 9th but again he was unable to recover because of PIRATED DISK. I again complaint regarding this in Lenovo Customer Care. Then I was told that they would take the laptop to service center for Recovery. On 16th of MAY i myself delivered the laptop to Service Centre of Ghaziabad. There I was told by Mr. Sumit(9212224xxx) that they would return the laptop by 17th Of may afternoon. Today when i called the service center he(saurabh) told that Mr. Sumit(9990993xxx/7503937xxx) had taken my laptop with him for delivering it to my home. I didn’t Received it till evening then i called him, he told me that he would be bit late,then he didn’t arrived till 9:00 PM, I again called him and the all the members are rejecting my phone calls. After log time MR. Neeraj picked my call and told that i would only get it by Monday.
I Want My Laptop Fully Recovered as soon as possible. And Strict actions against Lenovo India these 3 workers, for not behaving polite and humiliating the customer with fake promises and fraud intentions.
