Lenovo Vibe Mobile Issue not Solved by Repair Center

No one understood my issue. how can i expect better service from you. I have already visited Rajaji Nagar Lenovo service center and explained them the issue, they kept my mobile for 3 days and re-installed OS, whether they have done diagnostics or not, But the issue still exists. I don’t know what diagnostics they have done, but the issue still exists after receiving device from them. Now you are suggesting to give it to the same service center for analyzing my device issue.

Do you think will they resolve my issue. Again i am going to waste my valuable time and energy without the issue is fixed. What is the issue with you people, my device is in warranty, why cannot you change the device itself? Definitely, we are not expecting this kind of service from Lenovo company?. If they are not going to change the device, please inform me in writing, i will take further action. Please read my query, understand and reply back in detail.
