My self Asif Chaklasiya from Nadiad, Kheda, Gujarat. I had submitted my handset Lenovo VIBE P1m on 27th of January at P K Communication, Nadiad , which is collection point due to the problem of Auto-touch. Till today on the day of 14th Feb. i don’t get my handset back. Authorized person of Service center at Anand named as”Pooja Communication” told me that the Part is not available in company so it takes time. I want to tell you that 19 days are more than enough time for the repairing. Today i called to technical support of Lenovo, amazing thing i heard from them is that my handset is still at connection point instead of service center.

This is my last request to you that resolve my problem till the end of week. Otherwise i will take some strong action against service center.
