I had applied for Mobile on EMI without Credit Card with LetsbuyMobile.com with payment of non-refundable application fee of Rs.999/-with order ID-Order ID LBM04096528 on 4th September, 2014. I was told that Processing Fee is Non-Refundable, Once my application is approved by our credit team we will dispatch your product with the Wrist Watch within 3 working days and in case if the application is rejected only wrist watch will be dispatched. PS: In the event, any of your documents are not qualified you can arrange a different date for appointment with our delivery agent. Also told further that if my application is rejected by their credit team then the processing fee will be non refundable but you will receive a Branded wrist watch worth ?1999. I mailed the admin , he told me that I would be delivered the watch within 6 days from 29th September but it is still not received. I also called customer care several times but got no answer, they are delay delaying the matter and hoping the matter would be subjudiced over the time.

Either refund of Rs.999/- with Interest or Watch of Rs.1,999/-
