I have placed order for a Printer on 14th March 2014. I have waited almost upto 24th march 2014,then I requested for cancellation of order and refund. Immediately the order is cancelled but Still my money is not refund. Customer care is not picking the call. I wonder, whether I will get the money or not. Please help me.

I want my money Rs.5459/-. Please help me. Purchae file is attached.
