LG – AC started to give some cooling issues

Dear sir, Our compaiant no – RNA 131003029649 dated 3rd October, 2013 I have an LG air conditioner installed at my home since may 2009. The AC started to give some cooling issues a few days back and I called up the service centre to book my AC for a service executive’s visit on 3rd Oct, 2013. On 4th October, 2 LG executives visited and informed us that the AC has compressor problem and it is in guarantee which will expire in 2014 MAY. On 5th October 3 people came and took the AC with our bill photocopy and give us the JOB CARD ( LG Electronic PVt ltd sheet no – 7806) with rough estimation of Rs. 918.00 for transportation ,visit and chemical wash etc charges to their workshop and assured delivery on 7th October, 2013. We waited till Monday, i.e., 7th October, 2013 and there was no phone or person or message by them/ So we called them (Ms MAMTA – LG authorsied agency – DIGITEX AIRCON-IN026800015 Mob No – 9650092023) on 8th Oct and she informed that the compressor is out of stock and they will take another 2-3 days for this job, On 9th October We received the call from Ms MAMTA that the condensing coil is not working and they have to change and an approximate of Rs. 4300.00 would be payable by us, upon questioning them about this sudden addition to repair work. We called them and after asking the higher person name and contact she provide us MR AMIT RATHOD – mob no-9873331770,and discussed with him this issue. He also reiterated the same reasoning but with a very rude and harsh tone to me that either get the whole thing done or take your AC back as it is. Such rude behavior on part of your “customer representatives” will only damper your image in the eyes of your customers and will compel them to think twice before making a purchase from LG the next time. My AC should be delivered to me with only the compressor repaired and in proper working condition. Also, the company should compensate me for the delayed and interrupted service for not being able to use my AC since 7th October, 2013 and thus causing defamation. Amount in objection – Rs 10,000
