LG Defective Refrigerator

I purchased LG Double door fridge. The fridge door started breaking after some time of purchase. The fridge is under one year warranty. The complaint was lodged but the first complaint was closed without repair the fridge. The compliant was lodged again and the door part was replaced after taking a month’s time with continuous follow up with customer care and local person Ms. Minakshi Dhumal. The door has again broken and the complaint number RNA 130407057189 lodged. The engineer visited but not repaired by stating that the required part is not available and it will take minimum 15 days’ time. LG has sold the defective fridge, needs continuous repairs. It is not being repaired timely with an intention to complete one year warranty period

The defective fridge be replaced with original warranty period. Compensation of Rs. 50,000/- be given for mantal harassment. Any Other relief as may deemed fit.
