Dear Sir, I have purchased 32 inch LG LED TV from above dealer on 22 Feb. 2012. This tv become defective on 5th Jan 2015 and complained to Lg service same day. Lg service engineer Mr Debasis Das mob no. 83350XX849 visited and said this cannot be repaired without spares parts. Next day he came to me and said spares not available with them and requested me to opt for 55% of the purchased price of the tv and accordingly I have opted for the payment and fillup the official Lg form with all other documents they needed on 7/8th Jan 2015. so far, not received any reply from them even through I rang up nos of time, however they are delaying the matter. Kindly help me to solve my problem at the earliest

I want to resolve the matter and payment of the purchase price of the tv as promised by LG representative.
