LG – falty product sold, and no action for replacment

I have purchased a LG 3d 55″ LED Model 55LM7600 and have registered the product in LG website for Warranty and claim as per norms. Just after 10 days of purchase it had shown a defect on the LED Screen which I have immediately brought into the notice of both dealer as well as service center. I got a confirmation sms from LG Service for registration of my complaint. After almost gap of two months they have sent a new LED Panel as replacement but after replacing, it was found cracked in transits and have assured of replacement with a complete new set instead of repairing. Again after 15 days, they came with a new set which was much inferior model than my existing model with minimum features. I have refused to accept it as it does not match my requirements. Then they have offered me a full return but I bought that model on a special scheme and that scheme is no available now. So I refused that too. Now they have not given me any conformation about their future policy about exchanging my defective LED.

I want an immediate exchange of the defected product either with the same model or a similar upgraded model having all features in it as desired. I have consulted the LG India official site and have found one similar to my existing model but a little upgraded version 55LA8600.
