I bought a LG fridge GL-D302RPJL through vasanth & co tambaram, chennai on 18/04/2015. bill no:12810000069944. Initially those frauds sent in a display piece with full of scratches. we complained and fought over to get a new fridge after one week. The next fridge came in and had cooling issues and was not working properly all also had frost in the freezing compartment. Called in lg customer support this time and spoke with Narayanan (8939790xxx) he gave the no of Prabakaran (8939973xxx) who does not know the meaning of respect or courtesy who had me longing after him literally every day for the replacement which came in after 18 long days. And now this fridge has some problem which even the technicians are puzzled of. There is sweat like layer inside the fridge all over the utensils and trays .I have tried calling LG cuts care, narayanan and the ruthless prabakaran they just say there will be a technician to resolve the issue by today 12 today has passed.kindly get me a proper working, problem free fridge or please get my refund. I have tried in all the ways i can, at last have come to your help. please get me justice.

The first fridge by vasanth & co was full of scratches as it was a demo fridge, the second one had pathetic cooling. Now the last one has frost formation in the freezer and a sweat like layer formed inside all over the fridge.
