have one LG LCD TV Monitor (Model No.M197WA ,S/N:909NLKL014285) which i had purchased on 22/07/2010).I am facing display problem since 25/02/2013 and i had registered complaint of the same to LG Electronics on 26/02/2013 (Complaint ID:CNA130226375526) I am even ready to pay for cost of faulty part but still there is no positive response from LG Electronics in this regard.They never informed me any status of my complaint ,i am only following up for the same till date.

I am feeling mentally harassed & frustrated due to long pending complaint of my LCD TV Monitor.I am following up for the same from last 6 monthes but no positive response from LG Electronics.
