LG LED tv – different product sold refund my money

I have purchased LED 42″ 3D TV, Model No-LA6620, Serial No:- 402PLJK119100, on 26/03/2014. I have selected the Model from LG website by seeing its technical specification. According to the LG, Model No-LA6620,is CINEMA SCREEN DISPLAY, which means there will be no frame or border outside the screen, the total screen is the display, and this concept is shown very clear in LG websites demo. But the actual display I received is not Cinema Screen; it has a 0.5 inch border around three sides. I have attached here a file that contains 04 pictures, 1st Pict. is the actual screen shot of my TV display,2nd Pict. Shows the original demo given in LG site for my purchased model. 3rd Pict. shows another TV model LA6910, which let you understand what Cinema screen is. 4th picture. is of Model No-LA6200, which is not Cinema screen, this image helps you to differentiate between Cinema Screen display and a natural display. From 1st Pict. it is clear LG has just Cheat me Showing a Cinema Screen Demo for the said model, and gave me a non-cinema screen model. I have only ordered this Model for Cinema Screen facility. I Complained to LG from the 2nd day of purchasing it to till the date. Initially they send local Engineer; he released the matter and informed me about Money back. But in Latter stage I repeatedly complain them, but they turned a deaf ear to me. My last Complain Reference No is–CNA140401631335 ON 01/04/2014, I also Emailed them several time giving the pictures that I enclosed here, they informed me that they had understand everything, and study the matter. Till today they are studying!!! No refund response or satisfactory response comes from LG. I have also email several times to serviceindia@lge.com as per need of different senior officer. But no response came. I have also recorded all the conversation with LG customer executives and Engineers. If it needed I shall put it forward as per reference. I have only one claim, the display I received is not CINEMA SCREEN, but its technical specification says it is Cinema Screen, so after proper verification, either replaces it by a Cinema Screen Display, as per LG sites specification. If it is not possible to replace it let me help to refund my money back. For your kind information, LG senior engineer also informed me due to no-satisfaction of myself regarding this display, the money will be refunded, and they would contact with me within 24 hours, but several days gone they never tell this again, and recently when I am calling them, they told me…there is nothing to do by themselves regarding this display, and there opinion is that I can easily go to Consumer Forum, that does not matter to them. I have also recorded this conversation in My mobile. Presently while I am calling them they wrongly guide me. This is also recorded by me. If it needed I shall send all the evidences regarding Lg’s non-cooperation, and unfaithful response. Please do the needful at your earliest conven

Either replace the TV-LA6620, SERIAL NO-402PLJK119100 to a actual Cinema Screen display which is shown in Lg website regarding this Model, Or refund my Money back in exchange of the received Model as early as possible.
