LG microwave – Button Panel Problem No Response

I have taken this plan for annual maintenance for my LG microwave and after a month microwave had issue of front button panel, i called resq team they sent mechanic after 15 days after continuous follow-up. 2 persons visited and have took the faulty part and replaced it after 8 days with a non-genuine part and now my microwave is not heating properly and buttons are making noise. since from 10 days i am taking follow-up but no response. Please intervene as there is no response. I have registered the complaint as 700008564.

I want my microwave get repaired with genuine LG Personnel and with genuine parts and also want my Resq plan payment back with interest of being waited for so long with no response.
