hi,i purchased lg microwave oven on 25-06-2011,on 06-02-2012 i got it repaired from lg service in warranty.issue it was not heating.now again on 20-12-2013 same problem i got it repaired out of warranty and i paid them rs2500,they said now your warranty is extended for 3 months from date 20-12-13,i said ok,but now again same problem on 24-01-14 i register the complaint engineer came and said now the product part is different which is faulty so you have to pay rs1350,i said why you had given me the warranty with bill in written they said this part is not mention here in the bill.please help me if any thing can be possible. 06-02-2012 RNA120206027850 24-01-14 RNA140124010641 i talked to all the area managers of lg service they said we will not repair it in warranty i said ok i will go to consumer court they said as u wish

repair my microwave in warranty and give me warranty for 3 months or return me the amount rs2500 i had given on 20-12-2013 for repair
