Summary: – 5 weeks of follow-up with service centre but issue with my mobile phone is not yet corrected. – Main board of phone was changed but there is no entry in their record of changing the main board. – Original complaint was closed long back(Only after 4 days without my consent). – On asking the extended warranty for the number of days it was faulty, service centre refused to provide me extended warranty. Details: I bought Nexus 5 on 20th of April 2014. But within 4 weeks from the date of purchase it started giving issue related to the screen flickering. I approached to the service centre on 17th May 2014. Instead of replacing the set that person (Prashant Nagare) registered a complaint for repair. After 2 weeks of regular visiting service centre, they updated me that my phone is repaired and changed the screen and motherboard. When I received my phone, I understood that 3G has stopped working in my mobile (tried with many 3G enabled SIM card). Again I approached to the service centre. Again after regular vising the service centre till two weeks, the person updated me that motherboard needs to change again. Come and get it replaced. He tried with 2-3 motherboards in front of me but every one of them had some kind of problems. 4 weeks of faulty phone and 6-7 visits to service centre! It seems they are not capable to repair it. So I asked him for a replacement. He told me that he’ll try. From the first day of issue every time I visit the service centre he says that it will be fixed in 2 days. Last Saturday (21/06/2014) I came to know that he have closed my very first complaint (RNA140517090773) within 4 days from lodging it. Just because he had to close the ticket ASAP. When I ask him to reopen it he refuses it. Another thing I came to know is that he changed my mobile’s motherboard but there is not entry in their record of it. I spent 34K rs to make my life easier but it has made my life miserable. Complaint id with LG: RNA140517090773
I am now frustrated with LG services so I don’t want to continue with this product any more. I want full refund for this product. – Rs 20 thousand compensation for mental harassment. – Rs 20 thousand compensation for monetary loss.
