LG – Phone Service Poor No Response

complaint lodged with company on 17-05-2014. no.rna140517093100 dt.17-05-2014.though promised to attend in 24 hours, to date the repair is not completed despite repeated phone calls. no response to emails sent to the company. the service centre gives vague excuses only. no complaint escalation mechanism given by the company for escalation and redress al. no specific person designated with mobile or telephone no in the company web site for redress al. local executives don’t attend phone calls. company corporate office no. given in web site always gives busy tone. very poor service and total disregard of customer problems

product to be repaired and installed without any cost(being under warranty). penalty for delay of at least Rs.1000/
