back and today is 15/ jan/2013, i am facing problem wit my refrigerator I this facing this problem from last one year, so may time I lodge complaint regarding same problem from last one yeas but still no solution. I have lodged a complaint with LG Customer Care Centre on 13-dec-2012 (RNA121213045233) regarding refrigerator. After some days one of LG Service Engineers visited my residence and informed that the some part of the refrigerator needs to be replaced. After that, no one visited my office for the change of the spare part. Again i lodged a complaint with LG Customer Care Centre on 04-jan-2013 (RNA130104016782) regarding refrigerator. On, 9-jan-2013 one of LG Service Engineers visited my residence and informed that the some part of the refrigerator needs to be replaced. After that, no one visited my office for the change of the spare part. Warrant period is also over because proper action is taken from last years i am facing this problem from last one year after purchasing , kindly look into the matter and do the needful… hope’s ur best attention! ‘krishna jha”
