LG Refrigerator – faulty product poor service

On June 6, 2014 i purchased LG Refrigerator 470 litres worth 60K from Vijay Sales. It was a faulty product. On the complaint to Customer service center, Mr. Sanjay visited our place whose behavior was very rude and constantly trying to convince me that the product is OK. While the temperature in the vegetable box and door was around 13.9 degree Celsius which is even more than temperature in winters. When i made this complaint to Mr Sudhakar and asked him to replace my refrigerator. He said he cannot help me on the behavior and the replacement of the refrigerator and disconnected the call. Such a service and behavior from company like LG is highly unacceptable
