Sir i purchased a LG double door Refrigerator Model Name GL-298PNQ5APG from KBM Electronic pvt Ltd B-1/10 Ground Floor Paschim vihar New Delhi on 7th June,2013.vide Invoice No PVO410/1314 in the name of my wife Mrs SNEH PALI after purchased of six month the the above said product started the problem the lower chamber of the refrigerator was not functioning properly and totally came to dead the only upper most part is working .I Telephonically talk to help line (Help line number 1800180xxx) These people only telephonic ally demonstrate and suggest please off the product for 6 to 7 hours and then on it.These problem is continue is going on. Again I lodged the complaint to company on 7th December,2014 vide Complaint Registered no (RNA141207058132) the engineer visit and replaced the sensor part and charged visiting fees plus parts cost. After just two days the Refrigerator starts problems, Again i lodged complaints to company Vide complaint no RNQ141217095036 on 17th Dec,2014.the engineer again visit and checked carefully and told the most of the parts may be replaced it will take long time to replace because these parts are not available in the company and the engineer also talk to his senior staff,( The visitor staff was Har kishan and his mobile number is 08588813xxx

I want to Replace the product immediately or take the product back and return back the cost of purchased. )
