I have purchased LG Refrigerator Model No. GL 305VV5, S.No. 108NRLWO11952 through local Authorized Dealer on 15/08/11. During the span of 9~10 months operation, the hollow mark on the front door have been observed. I have approached to the local service center, but they are reluctant to give even answer. It seems that it is a manufacturing defect but they are not bothered to listen.

As it is a manufacturing defect which has been observed within a span of 9~10 months operation, the company should replace the piece, immediately.
