Dear Sir/Maam I am Vijay Kumar Agarwal, registered Mobile no. 730673xxx, I have purchased following LG product on 11-06-2011 from Swan Soni Appliaces Ltd. Bill No.27927. 1. LG Double door refrigerator Model 305VTC. 2. LG washing machine Model 10094 Since 2013 Refrigerator supplied by LG is giving me a lot of problem. Complain history is: 1. In 2013 refrigerator supplied start making a lot of noise and stopped cooling, on complain LG team visited my home (after making so many calls to then customer officer Mrs. Rajeeta), they told me that they need to replace the compressor and they did so. 2. After my freeze got repaired I thought everything is fine, (But I was wrong), I started getting high electricity Bills. I thought my electric connection or some other equipment gone bad 3. I stay in a 1 BHK apartment and my usual electricity bill was Rs. 250-Rs. 450max. 4. As the refrigerator was repaired recently by LG, except refrigerator I got my all electronics and electric connection checked for high electricity bill. Even I got my electric meter also changed from State electricity board. While I was doing all these I kept paying a high electricity Bill of Rs.1500+ from end of 2013 to Oct 2014 5. In the end I again complaint to LG, in Oct. 2014,. 6. On 26/11/2014, a engineer from LG visited my home told me that, compressor replaced by LG is not of same model. As company has stopped manufacturing the same and he did some fix because of that I started getting Electricity Bill of Rs. 450+ instead of 1500+. 7. But since March 2015 I started getting high electricity bill. 8. By seeing this again I have complained to LG, around 12th May evening one engineer visited (After calling many time for 3-4 days to ASM Mr. Kishore Kumar: 9989725033) my house and again replaced the compressor, by saying that there is some leakage and gas is more than required in compressor. But on 13th May 2015 morning I found that refrigerator not even cooling, I told same to ASM Mr. Kishore Kumar 10. On 15th May one more engineer visited my house and he could diagnose the problem, he told that refrigerator need to be taken to LG workshop in Habsiguda. 11. After Calling many time to Mr. Kishore many times and to Customer officer Mr Shiv Kumar 9703918969, he sent a vehicle on 9:30AM, 18th May 2015, Since than I am getting any updates from Mr. Kishore and Mr. Shiv Kumar. Other Information 1. My complain number of freeze at various stages is RNA1311050878, RNA1311050820, RNA1411250680, RNA1411250682, RNA150507047174. 2. repair and return the refrigerator to my address as I am facing lot of problems due to this refrigerator since 2013. In case the refrigerator supplied to is faulty, I want proper compensation and replacement
