LG Refrigerator – Non existent service and support

I am struggling with this problem for the last 12days. on 5th June, I lodged this complaint with the no RNA130605008330. Subsequently I followed up on this complaint every day but the problem was never rectified. I was told the issue was with the PCB functioning and this was, after repeated followups was done today 17.06.2013. However, the technician collected the money and quickly went back but even after 6 hours the fridge just does not cool nor is anyone in the service center of any help .i spoke to nagesh and shrikant in the service center at 18001809999 and apart from mouthing the same inanitities, there is little help that was offered. I am extremely fed up with the kind of service and rest assured, would think 100 times before buying or recommending an LG product to anyone. Let me know how I can escalate this complaint as I need this to be taken very seriously.

Wasted food articles over Rs. 5000, besides damage to medicines worth another ~2000. Also paid Rs 1800 for fridge repair in the interim while the problem still persists. The mental agony and harassment is indescribable.

Payment of damages worth Rs 15000 including refund of all service charges. Replacement fridge till the time this is repaired or to be repaired with a new fridge.
