LG – refrigerator not cooling

I have purchased refrigerator (GL-258VE5) on Aug 2011. The fridge is not cooling at all. on 15 Aug 2013 request lodge vide CNA130815702222. The service eng came on 16 Aug and see the problem. They info that this fridge you have to send to our service point then only we can do service. I have informed them I don’t have time to do all this things, please take and after service you return. But they don’t. Again on 17 Aug 2013 lodge request on line vide reference no CNA130817788142. But till now they are not responded. On 20 Aug 2013 at 08:15 hrs call lodge via toll free no again with all details. Yes the caller responded within 24 hrs your problem will be solved and you have to pay for Gas charging. I have agreed that point becoz fridge two yrs old. Next point while purchasing dealer can deliver with their own interest to purchaser house but while repair or anything why dealer or service provider will not taken themselves. One more point from unknown source information get that this model given problem earlier to other customer also. please take up the issue at the earliest. Thanks

exchange the fridge or give me full amount or min 50% of cost of the fridge.
