WARRANTY COST IS IN BUILT IN PRODUCT PRICE & 3 YEARS AMC PAYMENT HAVE BEEN MADE.GASKET IS CHANGED LAST WEEK AFTER REGROUS FOLLOW UP FOR LAST THREE WEEKS AT THEIR CALL CENTRE VIDE MAILS AT JAIPUR SERVICE CENTRE.AT THE TIME OF REPLACEMENT OF GASKET IT WAS CLEARLY TOLD TO CO OFFICERS AS FRIDGE WAS IDLE DURING THE PERIOD BECAUSE OF CO’S CASUAL & UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH AMC IS TO BE MADE EFFECTIVE FROM THE CURRENT DATE ,WE AS A SPECIAL GESTURE WERE NOT ASKING COST OF DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY US TILL THAN. NOW OFFICERS DO NOT RECEIVE PHONE CALLS DISCONNRCT LINES ,WHEN WE CALL FROM UNKNOWN NOS THEY DISCONNECT PHONE TELLING WILL REVERT SHORTLY BUT NEVER DO SO. WHILE WHEN THE FRIDGE WAS MADE OPERATIONAL PRINCIPALLY AMC EFFECTIVE DATE WAS TO BE MADE FROM CURRENT DATE AFTER GETTING FORMAL APPROVAL.
NOW A MAIL HAS BEEN SENT IT IS NOT COMMERCIALLY VIABLE ,IT IS SURPRISING DUE TO UNPROFESSIONAL APPROACH OF CO OFFICERS AT JAIPUR WE HAVE SUSTAINED SEVERE DAMAGES DURING THIS PERIOD & NOW CO IS DENING MAKING SERVOCE EFFECTIVE FROM THE DATE ON WHICH INHERENT FAULT OF FRIDGE IS REMOVED & NEW FRIDGE MADE OPERATIONAL & COST OF THREE YEAR AMC WAS ALREADY RECD BY THE COMPANY.FURTHER PL ALSO ARRANGE COMPENSATION FOR MENTAL AGONY EXPENSES(TIME MONEY & ENERGY) & INTEREST COST ON IDLE PRODUCT AT AN EARLY DATE.
