LG – Regrading fake commitment and voiding warranty conditions

Dear Sir, I bought a CRT TV Make : LG Electronics, Model No. 21SB8RGE4TP having product ID 002LPMP007795 on 10.05.2010. from a retailer. The warranty offered was 12 months from the date of purchase. In the month of April 2011 I observed some issue with display and sound of the TV. I contacted to the retailer for service. He had given a service center number located at Shahdol. I called on that number and got informed that I have to contact service engineer for this purpose. They had given the number of service engineer and when asked for complaint ID they said that the engineer will check the TV and if the complain will be genuine than he will provide the ID. I called to the service engineer. The service engineer visited my place and checked the TV and repaired the same. I asked for service received but he denied by saying that he will lodge the issue to the service center then he can able to provide me the complain ID. For that visit he charged Rs.450/- without receipt and given reason that this is minimum charged by the company in warranty period. After 02 days of repairing same problem repeated again. I again called the service center and got same reply to contact with service engineer. I again called the service engineer and he visited my place after a month with a lot of follow up. He checked the TV and said that there is problem with IC and at now original IC is not available. So whenever the IC is available. I called many time to the engineer but nor he and neither the service center responded for the call. After 03 months the engineer pickup the call and attained the TV problem and replaced the IC and charged Rs.700/- for the IC. When I asked that this issue was not fully resolved from the first time when my TV is under warranty period, so what the need to charge so much of amount. As stated that this is service charge and visit charge, but they are not charging the cost of IC. Sir, even after the IC was changed the display problem was resolved not sound issue not resolved. The engineer said that I have to check the cable connection and if the cable is good that he again visit and resolve the issue. I checked the cable connection with service provider and operator and found there is no issue with cable connection. After that I called many time to the engineer but they never responded till now. Then after I lodged a complaint through email and I got a call from Shahdol service center and committed by them that they will look the issue but the complaint lodged is automatically closed. I again contacted to service center they said that I didn’t called anytime during the TV was in warranty period and If I called then where is the complaint ID but said also that they will replace the kit by charging Rs.2200/- for that. I denied for the same. Now I lodged the complain and found same reply from them that there is no complaint ID with me..
