i had buyed a lg lcd television 26″ and had a problem in the panel of the television. i had complained more than 10 times in the company for that during my warranty period. their mechanic visited my home 8-10 times and did the temporary solution inspite of knowing that the problem is not going to be resolved without changing the part(PANEL). they use to reply me that the part is not available with them. an year passed and my warranty expired. after warranty period i complained for the same and some how the part became available with the company and the replaced the part but i paid unnecessary charges for that which was wrong.
i paid unnecessarily a sum of around 6700RS.
