I bought a pair of safety shoe with article no. 7198-161 from above mentioned Liberty Showroom on 02/01/2014 by paying Rs 1499/= The MRP and manufacturing date details on the box are completely removed. When checked online, the actual price for the similar shoe is much less than the amount paid by me. When I asked the showroom person for the shoe with MRP mentioned on the box, he said that the MRP is Rs 950/= but he sold more than 1500 pcs with Rs 1500/= only. He was refusing to sell the product with the MRP. 1. I made a complaint to Liberty Customer Support regarding the same but they told me that they will give a call back but no responses received from them. 2. How such a branded company can sell the products by removing the MRP, violating statutory norms through their exclusive show rooms? This is to request you to resolve the issue and take necessary actions against Liberty Brand.

Refund of additional amount paid beyond MRP, Conveyance charges of Rs 100/ for travelling to the show room. Telephone charges for the making STD Calls to Liberty Customer Support.
