I bought LIBERTY brand shoes(Brand-Force-10,Article name: Striker) on 28/5/2013 from above mentioned company`s retail outlet ,cash memo no : 967. I was using these shoes for morning walk , 30-40 minutes, daily.But after use of only appx less than two months its bottom shole got teered very badly. I approached to retail shop from where I bought it and complained regarding the very poor quality of shoes and asked for replacement.He denied that there won`t be any replacement but he will only try to repair it if possible. Also he asked me to contact Shri Prakash Chauhan, Sales Manager at his mobile phone no: 9978833050. I contacted him many times but he never picked the call. Only once I was able to talk with him and he also denied the replacement and asked me to do whatever I can. So I decided to make compaint against company.

I want complete replacement with new pair of shoes. Repairing is not acceptable at all. Also I want compensation for mental harassment which caused due to shri Prakash Chauhan,Sales Manager who didnot reply to any of my call.
