Respected sir/madam
LIC Agent sri Dinesh singh (Agent no.010232001, DO no. 0006262)explained me lic plan no 184 (child carreer plan)and plan no. 165 (jeevan saral atm plan), after satisfaction only, i agreed to take plan no 184 and plan 165 for 25-30 years maximum . according to the plan, i gave him a cheque of worth Rs. 24725=00 for lic plan no 184 (child carreer plan) and another cheque of Rs. 24000=00 for jeevan saral atm plan but agent himself changed the plan ,instead of plan no 184 , he has given plan no 185 (child future plan) for this plan he has given receipt of RS 25887=00 Rest of the money Rs 1162=00(Rs 25877-24725) is given by his side. For plan no. 165 (jeevan saral atm plan) he made it this plan for 35 years. he did such type of things , he did not consult me. when i came to know this , i tried to clear the things from him . he did not take any interest in it, even he stopped attending the my phone calls. I wrote a comlaint to branch manager, LIC OF INDIA MOHANLAL GANJ LUCKNOW ON 4-06-2010 AND A REMINDER ON 14-06-2010 to branch manager, LIC OF INDIA MOHANLAL GANJ LUCKNOW AND DIVISIONAL OFFICE LUCKNOW, IRDA SANSAD MARG NEW DELHI TO PUNISH THE AGENT RIGOROUSLY AND DISMANTLE MY BOTH POLICIES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . PL. PUNISH HIM THAT IN FUTURE ,HE HAS TO THINK MANY TIMES BEFORE TO DECEIVE THE PERSONS AND TO MALICE THE IMAGE OF LIC OF INDIA . PL. HELP ME SIR.
