I am Mr. Goel here my policy no 117481723. I take policy in June-2013 for 15 Years. I deposit LIC Insurance premium in cash to one of agent named kuldip 9873655337 branch 124 in delhi. Only one of my premium for 06/2013 is shown rest three premiums from 12/2013 to 12/2014 not shown. (It shows cheque dishonoured) and i receive letter as well as call from lic to deposit premium with late fees to avoid my policy lapsing. I made only one mistake that I make premium payment through cash to agent not to LIC directly for which I have receipt. Kindly look into the matter and solve this as I belong to middle class family and not able to pay premium again with late fees.

My status should be updated in LIC system I also want claim in respect to my grievance.
