I am writing to complain about the conduct of LIC of india (branch 928 Ghatkopar Branch) in handling serious charges of fraud and harassment case registered against them for selling life insurance policy and providing with fake details ( i.e duplicate paid receipt) by their agent Mr. Shankarlal P Dama (L.I.C) ever since the case have been highlighted. Couple of responses received had also not been satisfactory with no focus is been given to my queries raised.
Since long the problem remains unsolved, I hereby request your supreme authority to please interfere, investigate the matter and direct LIC to refund premium amount which have been till date in my all 10 policies and compensate for harassment and cheating done to us in which we are not a fault at all.
