I Had Perchesed My Self and My two brother Policy from lic jalna office under nanded division no.are 987452537,987452541,
987452538 peyment was throuht cheques in disember.2009
Cheqe was encashed in may 2010. now My agent told me that policy is are cancelled due to non received of primium that I had paid them through cheqe. If my cheqe is not Bounced how lic can take action and cancelled my policy. payment is deduceted from my account how lic has accepted by my money. my request is that i am ready to pay interest but lic should give me risk under the some policy numbers because the cheqes give my me are not bounced If required i am ready to pay some interest. If it is not possibely than lic should give me interest rate of 50%. here I request IRDA to take some concrit action ? why ? thay had accepted by money and tell not giving by money back to me I would like to me note that i am not interest in money i interest in rick cover so please give me rick under the same policy numbers.
