Hi there, I have three policies with LIC, they are 412274698, 412274699 and 412281926. I am still paying premium for the first two and the last one was supposed to yield me money back every 5 years. On that note, I was supposed to get Rs. 40,000 in 2002, 2007 and 2012. The one LIC sent in 2012 was returned and LIC is arranging to pay me back. But when I inquired about the ones in 2002 and 2007 (I am living abroad from 1996), the LIC spokesman told me they are cashed but could not produce who cashed it and in what back the checks were cashed. This is unacceptable!!! AND, even though I sent the NEFT mandate from US using USPS, the LIC spoksman told me the documents were “missing” and that I have to fill out everything again. I did fill out the NEFT documents once again when I was in Kolkata earlier this month. I want your help to get to the bottom of this.

I want my Rs. 80,000.
