My father(Late Fakir Mohan Jena) had a LIC policy no.590270xxx He passed away in 2009 ,from that time we are calming the insurance amount but LIC authority is not accepting the application showing they do not have any information on that policy. that policy premiums were deducted every month from his salary. he was an inspector in Orissa police. we have the deduction details from his salary(T.V No & date)upto his last salary withdrawn. while we are consulting with any branch of LIC they are saying your policy comes under other branch, when we visit other branch they told us the same.that morally affects us a lot.

Late Fakir Mohan Jena was the only earning member of our family after his death we suddenly moved in to an moral and financial crises. Instead of supporting the nominee LIC is harassing us. We need strong action on the authority responsible for this mischif,and our financial losses should be fulfilled by LIC for afore said condition. please take appropriate action on LIC and help us to get our right ,so that we shall remain grateful to you.
