License renewal problems with oriental ins.co.ltd.

Sir we are oriental insu.co.’s agents since 1998. And we are work life
Insures. Also but our both license was issue first time in oriental company.
And our license will be expired march & April 2010 we were submitted our all
Document, and draft in February month but office staff can not generate urn No. there
For our lenience will not renew at time many agency were expired for office mistake
So pls sir takes actation for this matter other wise our agency will be expired.
And who will be responsible for this. All Rajkot division’s agents is suffering for this
Problems .sir. Pls. check Rajkot and morbi branch. Because any office staff don’t know
For new IRDA rule’ license renewal proses. Other wise our lic agency also will be expired
Because our license was first issue in orieantal.com. Therefore lic can not renew this licence (new IrDA rules)
