We had paid Rs.363.20 to M/S Deep Home Appliance,3/3 Srinagar,Kolkata-700094 on 18/09/13 for 1 year extension of warranty of our LITTLE MASTER MIXTURE of Jaipan Industries.On 02/10/13 when we tried to operate,it started fuming. After repeated request they collected the item with an assurance to get it repaired & deliver to us by 05/09/13. They were asking for the original money receipt of extension of warranty but we refused to do it for obvious reason.

Till now they have not repaired it moreover when contacted,they started abusing. Your intervention solicited.
