Llyod AC – started splitting water poor service

We purchased two Llyod ACs from from Vijay Sales Sector 18 Noida (UP) on 13th April 2014 vide V. NOs 41-UND-14SDN 201 And 41-UND04-14SNTP78. After three days their representative came to fix it but just fixed it on the wall saying a window needs to be cut on the terrace for pipes to go through. We got that done and after constant follow ups, they came again after 15 days and did a lousy job of fixing the pipelines. He charged 3500 for the service. We turned the AC on while sleeping at night and within 10 minutes, the AC started splitting water. And even the pipe that they had fixed outside fell down. We started following up again from the next day but no one turned up. Then after writing a formal email to their customer care, someone came after two days (7.5.14) and checked the AC. He told us that a part is faulty and needs to be changed. It has been more than 13 days now and there has been no action. We are suffering in heat and I have never seen such an unresponsive customer care ever! Please help us in resolving this problem. We want the AC fixed asap and in working condition. Don’t know what other relief can we ask
