clc services contact me for providing personal loan @ 14%.i agree for loan of rs. 200000/- then i negociate with them in the commission and processing fees for 3%.they told me that i have received full amount of rs. 200000/- from banker. i was given 1% advance (through cheque) for rs. 2000/- for processing my loan after one month they are able to approve my loan from axis bank then they demand me for balance 2 % processing fees. i pay rs. 4000 to them (through cheque), they told me that they give this money to bank and bank release me full amount for rs. 200000/- @ 14%. but after fifteen day i have received 195456/- from bank @ 17%. all these thing i have told to them. they assure me that in one or two days they take approval for remburse my amount (4544/-) and 14 %rate of interest. but till date i have received nothing. i have the sms with me in which the amount of emi was mentioned clearely @ 14 %. in these days i have call them abount 150 times but they don’t reply me in a single time. Rishi , Ashu , Deepak and Rohit are the persons. Rishi is the head of these.

my total expenses as per clc services told me that rs. 6000/- but now i have lost rs. 4544/- which was deducted by bank. and rs. 305/- pm emi amount for 5 years which is rs. 18300/- so my total loss is rs. 22844/-.

i want my rs. 4544/- back which was deducted by bank and rate of interest @ 14% in place of 17%
