Dear Madam/Sir, The complaint is not regarding Act TV as mentioned in the form. As there was no option of Local Cable, I have mentioned so. I took the connection in February 2013. Paid 1,300 for DEN set top box and 500 for installation. The cable service is worst from a month. Most of the times it says No Signal or the picture is distorted. he increased the rent from January 2014. A few of the channels have been subscribed to, but they say No Signal Found. Complained several times to the cable operator just to hear his excuses. These days he does not receive the call. I have decided not to pay the rent this month. I want the money’s worth. I want the picture quality to be as per the law announced by the law and I will not be paying this month’s rent as the service was pathetic.
