I have order Orbitrack exercise bike from www.lotofstock.com online portal but I have been given different product not as claimed in picture shown. Second the product has manufacture defect. The base is tilted 5-10 degree right. Now is not coming and talking instead Chitra spoke to me. I have not received any ETA till date and not sure if the defect will be taken care.

I need the immediate replacement as manufacturing defect can’t be fixed. Also need to be sure they should not claim wrong promises to customer before purchase. There online portal is utter waste as even I have register the refund claim but Chitra denied of receiving any such claim from my registered account “contactakhilesh’ in their portal.
