I was so disappointed with the post-sale service offered by Lulu connect. I bought Dell wireless keyboard and mouse from connect plus on Dec 12 – 2015. I was so disappointed with the quality of the product, also was not even working. I tested it and found that the dongle attached with the product was not good. I reached the store for replacement, but the response was very disappointing and even irritating. I was able to unpack the product only after reaching home as it was sealed. The reason they told that the packet was unsealed. As they are providing the product without testing, we need to test the device after taking home, so we need to unpack the seal at that time. They told that I can reach dell service center and they will do the necessary things. My receipt no for the product is 45/7884.
